1. The cost of the 12-week curriculum program is $5,400. You may have been eligible for a discount code. We have partnered with Affirm to make available a variety of payment plans, including 6-, 12- or 24-month payment terms with rates as low as 0% APR. Affirm uses their own underwriting system to determine a customer's creditworthiness which takes into account credit history, FICO score, payment amount, payment history, and more. The majority of our applicants are approved with 24-month 0% APR, which is $225/month. 

If you do not receive an agreeable payment arrangement by Affirm, please discuss other options with Clinician's Incubator directly. Send an email to info@nestedhealthcoach.com.

2. Payment is required a minimum of one week before the program start date. You may receive an exception to this under certain circumstances. This would be communicated in a written format from Clinician’s Incubator (Nested parent company) to Coachee if there is an exception. 

3. If Affirm was used or you made a credit card payment in full, and you wish to withdraw from the program, here are the refund policies.

• Withdrawal more than one month in advance of the start of the program, you will receive the price you paid less 15 percent. As an example, if you paid $5400, your refund will be $4590.

• Withdrawal in the 1 - 4 weeks before the the start of the program, you will receive the price you paid less 20 percent. As an example, if you paid $5400, your refund will be $4320.

• Withdrawal the week before the program or in the first four weeks of the program, you will receive the price you paid less 50%. As an example, if you paid $5400, your refund will be $2700.

• If you withdraw in week five of the program, or later, there are no refunds.

4. If you wish to withdraw from the program, and you made financial arrangements with CI, your credit card on file will be immediately billed the balance of the monies due.

• Withdrawal more than one month in advance of the start of the program, you will be balance billed for 15% of the total payment price. As an example, if you signed up for $5400, you total payment to CI will be $810.

• Withdrawal in the 1 - 4 weeks before the the start of the program, you will be balance billed for 20% of the total payment price. As an example, if you signed up for $5400, your total payment to CI will be $1,080.

• Withdrawal the week before the program or in the first four weeks of the program, you will be balance billed for 50% of the total payment price. As an example, if you paid $5400, your total payment to CI will be $2700.

• If you withdraw in week five of the program, or later, there are no refunds.

5. If you need to go on a leave of absence from the program, you may pause, and rejoin another NESTED cohort within 12 months of your leave of absence. The Coachee would be eligible to attend only the sessions that occur following the leave of absence. There are no additional fees for this. 

6. There are limits to how many hours of live session you can miss as per the NHWBC. If you miss session time (planned or unplanned) and it surpasses the limit set by the NBHWC board, you must make this time up in 1:1 faculty session. Make up time is billed at $150/hour. You must pay for your make up sessions before they occur. You are not permitted to make up this time in a future cohort unless you go on a Leave of Absence. 

7. There are 6 (six) 30-minute faculty review 1:1 sessions per COHORT. Three are required as per the NHWBC in order to complete the NESTED Health Coach Certification. You self-schedule each session at a time convenient to you.

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for 1:1 faculty review meetings. If you late-cancel (less than 48 hours notice) or no-show for that scheduled session, there is a $75 fee assessed. Payment is required before you can make up the session.

V. Term and Termination

1. This agreement shall continue for four months from the date of which enrollment commences. 

2. Coachee or Clinician’s Incubator (Nested parent company) may terminate immediately with notice for any material breach of this agreement.
